Are you interested in an exciting opportunity to join the largest IFA in England, in this new and exciting role you will undertake the Annual Reviews for Foster Carers registered with the Trust. Who we are looking for?

The Fostering Service is on a journey to outstanding and this role is crucial in achieving this.  In this role you would be one of two Review Officers undertaking the Annual Foster Home Review for our Foster Carers.  This role is independent of the allocated Supervising Social Worker and will require you to gather the views of all of those involved in the placement of children including children and young people.  You would need to have a flexible approach to the role as our current cohort of foster carers live in all areas of the UK. You will undertake over 200 Reviews a year, therefore you need to be self-motivated, organised and have an excellent, working knowledge of the regulatory framework for Fostering.
