You will work within our relationship-based, trauma informed family-led practice model. We will look to you to analyse the information presented to make informed decisions. You will complete all assessments in line with statutory requirements, as well as implementing, monitoring and reviewing children’s wellbeing within multi-agency meetings.
Our services will always be joined-up and you will develop robust partnerships with other teams and outside agencies; to include the police, health, schools and voluntary organisations.

About you….
You will be a passionate, motivated and committed Social Worker who has completed their ASYE and wants to work with children and families to make a positive difference to their lives.
You will be able to build effective relationships, carry out in-depth assessments, be confident in partnership working with children, families and professionals, enabling their full participation in assessment, planning, review and decision making.
You will be able to work independently and be a key team player.
You must hold a recognised social work qualification and have current active registration with Social Work England.
