Permanent Personal Advisors – Offering Support Post 17

Our Leaving Care service is one of the Nation’s biggest and supports care experienced young adults in their transition from care to independence.

Our priority is to support and enable care experienced young adults to realise their aspirations and ambitions and have a sense of feeling cared for, cared about, and able to care for themselves. We aim to champion their voice as Corporate Parents in all that we do.

We have a commitment to a systemic, relationship, strengths and solution focused practice model, and this essentially contextualises the needs of care leavers through a trauma informed / adverse childhood experience lens.
