Recognised by Ofsted as being a ‘Good’ provider of children’s social care, an exciting opportunity has arisen to join Birmingham Children’s Trust.

As an HR Apprentice, you’ll play a vital role in supporting our HR team by providing efficient administrative assistance whilst studying for a Level 3 HR Support apprenticeship. Your responsibilities will span various HR processes, and you’ll gain practical skills while contributing to the smooth operation of our department.

Main Duties:

Provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team, including supporting recruitment campaigns and managing candidate information.

  • Assist with advertising of vacant roles.
  • Assist with inviting candidates to interviews and sending out offers.
  • Provide administrative support through the onboarding process.
  • Provide an excellent candidate experience.
  • Manage and respond to general enquiries into the general inbox.
