We are seeking an experienced leader to become part of the Trust’s Practice Hub. As Head of Quality Assurance and Standards you will be responsible for three Principal Social Workers, a Practice Evaluation Worker, a Research Manager, a Project Officer and a Policy and Procedures Officer. This role provides a great opportunity to shape future practice.
We are the largest provider of family support and social care services for children, young people and families in the country. Our goal is to become a centre of excellence in social care and family support. Our caseloads are some of the lowest in the country and we have successfully reduced our reliance on agency social workers.
