You will support this fast-paced front door service which receives 250 calls and 250 emails daily.
This role is varied, not only will you be taking calls you will, process information requests and support the Social Work, Family Support and Early Help functions within Children's Advice and Support Service.
Previous experience of working in a role where children’s social care, family support or early help has been an element; experience of handling information coupled with accurate data inputting skills are essential.
You must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal; and are competent and comfortable when communicating with professionals of all levels and members of the public by telephone and in writing.
