As a HR Advisor for Birmingham Children’s Trust you will provide a confidential high-quality advisory service across the business; with full responsibility for all administrative tasks.
You will be the first point of contact for all HR enquiries; supporting the HR Consultants by providing advice and guidance on the full range of HR policies and procedures to our customers.
You will also be responsible for managing the onboarding process as well as processing starters and leavers across the board.
You should have a good grasp of HR legislation and employment law matters. Previous experience of using HR/Payroll systems; along with the willingness to work with your colleagues to achieve our common goal.
You must be competent and confident in using all MS Office platforms and databases; have excellent organisation skills coupled with the ability to prioritise your work to meet deadlines; whilst remaining detailed focused in this fast-paced environment.
