We are looking for dedicated practitioner to work in a multi-agency team at Birmingham North Youth Offending Team, 18 Gravelly Hill North, Birmingham, B23 6BQ.

You will be responsible for the planning, co-ordination and implementation of various Projects within the Youth Offending Service. This will entail providing practical direct delivery of group work with challenging and vulnerable young people who have offending backgrounds.

In addition, this role will involve working with partners and other organisations within and outside Birmingham Youth Offending Service, to maximise the range of projects available

Responsibility of the project Co-ordinator on behalf of BCT to monitor completion of hours of community payback, via reparation and unpaid work, as stipulated in the young person’s court order.

To be able to risk assess project work initiatives where necessary, especially when offsite.
