You will facilitate the Information, Sharing and Assessment agenda; thus ensuring the best possible life chances, for those children and young people identified as having additional needs, are attained.
You should have sound knowledge and understanding of Early Help; coupled with the ability and aptitude to apply 'Right Help' Right Time' thresholds.
Working as part of a team, you will use a variety of skills to advise, support and develop an understanding of Early Help offers from partner agencies/organisation; to improve the outcomes for children and their families.
You must have excellent communication skills to articulate and listen to colleagues in a range of different settings.
Exceptional interpersonal skills including the ability to work with others to solve problems and liaise with a range of agencies are also required.
