We’re looking for a Family Group Conference Team Manager to join Birmingham Children’s Trust. You will be part of the Trust’s exciting journey of innovation and development. You will play a pivotal leadership and management role, ensuring the quality and standards of professional practice and performance are adhered to day-to-day. It will be your responsibility to lead on the development and implementation of our Family Group Conference Service, evidencing positive outcomes and ensuring there is compliance with all statutory legislation and guidance at all times. Alongside this you will represent the division at all meetings, making sure the key principles of Family Group Conference are understood and observed.
With extensive experience in Children and Family settings, you will have knowledge of safeguarding children and planning of interventions with vulnerable children. You will effectively manage your resources, ensuring the positive projection and profile of the Family Group Conference Service. You will have a natural ability to build and motivate your team and set high standards, encouraging open discussion and innovation, supporting performance, building capability and empowering staff.
