You will support this fast-paced front door service which receives 250 calls and 250 emails daily.
Your day will be varied, as not only will you receive all new requests for services for children and families; you will process information requests and support our Social Workers, Family Support and Early Help staff by identifying and recording high quality factual information in relation to the referred customer.
Previous experience of working in a role where children’s social care, family support or early help has been an element; experience of handling information coupled with accurate data inputting skills are essential.
You must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal; and are competent and comfortable when communicating with professionals of all levels and members of the public by telephone and in writing.
